At this point a reader/visitor has formed a question (questions) they would like to ask and find an answer(s) to.
They will also know which reports/data to use and how to read them.
Now it’s time to use the data and put into action. How to connect what they found to priorities and action. How to interpret?
Interpreting Reports
Some of the information you may be able to interpret includes:
- Which course items have been accessed the most, or recently
- The level of access to course items you specify
- Who participated (and how many times) in a course discussion and/or quiz
- Which students have not accessed an item
NOTE: Data may report that a student has logged in, and accessed a course item, but cannot indicate how a student intellectually engaged with the course or content.
